Dizzy and Testament from Guilty Gear. On second look in this scene testament kind of look like a gardener, but that wasn't really intentional :P I'll leave it to your imagination for that.

tried a more painterly approach with this one.

that's his outfit. Guilty Gear has Bridget the disturbingly cute cross-dressing nun boy, so testament isn't really that bad in comparison.
