Well, this picture actually starts as a doodle of a kimono girl playing a shamisen. Then I thought of making soul-edge-styled "evil" musical instruments, and started drawing a violin player with but somehow it ended up as a dodgy chick Dante-wannabe with a dangerously wonky and impractical guitar-thingy. Well, at least I hope it bears a passing resemblance to a guitar, since I'm hopeless when it comes to musical instruments. I'm sure that guitar isn't really suited for making music anyway, and she'd probably lose a leg holding it like that.
Edit: Some people has pointed out to me that the one with 4 strings is a bass, not a guitar. I stand corrected and apologise for my lack of musical knowledge
This reminds me of my brother's Guitar Hero 2 game. The Angel of Death is a downloadable character and you can even get his scythe-guitar, too. It's not as...pink...though (*snickers at the mental image of Death playing a pink guitar*). I like the design of this one better. It looks cooler.

this reminds me a LOT of a girl named Sizer in a manga called Violinist of Hamelin. She has the same look (except in armor, cuz she's a warrior) and carries around a scythe, which she can also play as a flute....so its a musical scythe as well. anyways, good manga, you should read it sometime.

The city is afraid of me. I've seen its true face.
Contests are cool.
It does resemble a guitar, though from far it looks like a scythe
