A quick tut on painting fire/feathers. The two uses similar method which relies heavily on smudging. Of course, the feather here is more for individual, ornamental feathers rather than those in a wing.

Software used: Photoshop CS

Is this on Adobe Photoshop c2s or somthing like that? Cuz if it is. I'm getting it soon. My dad's gonna get the thingy-ma-jig from his installing cd thingys. ^^; He has it on his computer but we're not allowed on it. So I'm gonna bbbbbuuugggg him! ^_^ lol

I like to tutorial.... I'm not good at making either of them. But oh well. XD lol
